How do I get my key?
After payment your order page opens. Keys appear there, hidden until you press Reveal key. We also email you a secure link to the order.
Will the key work in my country?
Each key activates in a set region. Choose your country on the product page or in the cart and we check it for you. We check again before you pay, so a key that will not activate in your country cannot be bought for it.
How do I redeem a key?
Reveal the key, copy it, then enter it on the platform it is for, such as Steam, GOG or your console store. The product page has the steps for that key.
I bought as a guest. How do I find my order?
Use Find my order with your order number and email, and we will send a link that opens it.
My key does not work.
Contact us and quote your order number. Include any error message the platform shows.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy explains what happens before and after a key is revealed.
